What mean TRIGLAV?

TRIGLAV means "Three-Headed" in Slavic mythology. The three heads represents the three realms: heaven, earth, and the underworld.

Can I play TRIGLAV for free?

You can play TRIGLAV for free. But we have taken a lot of time to get where it is now, and we will still take a lot of time in the future to enhance. So yes, money goes into the project. If you have interest to helping out the development, go to Support Us page for more detail.

Can't play the game, game is so slow

See the System Requirements page at first. If you are running other softwares and web broswers when you play TRIGLAV, close it. To check your computer's performance easily, launch Windows Task Manager when you are playing TRIGLAV, and look a CPU Using when you move your character. If the performance is already over 80% to 100%, TRIGLAV is so much slow on your computer. To play faster, you need more good computer.

The game becomes too slow when I play a long time

It may be a browser cache problem. To check your browser cache, move to [Tools] menu on Internet Explorer's tool bar, then click [Internet Options]. Change to the [General] tab. You will find [Temporary Internet Files] section, and you click [Settings]. If your browser cache is low, set at least of 20MB. If you set at most of 128MB, you will be able to play the game better.

When I start the game, or move to floors, the character was logging-out.

Please allow Cookie on your web browser. This game requires Cookie function for secure reason. To allow Cookie, check your web browser or security softwares.

Close a game window when playing / Got a "Character Data Error" message when loading

We know the people who got a message "Character Data Error", and we heard they are using any Firewall or anti-virus softwares. We cannot say what to change on that softwares specifically, but We can say that softwares are blocking some scripts of this game. Please make sure your softwares about blocking script, or sending/receiving data from website. See a bottom of the System Requirements page for more detail.

Note that you cannot use that character after you got a message "Character Data Error". Please make a new one.

Got a error after updated the game

If you want to safety play, we recommend to you, you clear your browser cache (Temporary Internet Files) before you play the game when the game updated. Alway check out the game version on the left-upper screen.

How to clear browser cache?

To clear your browser cache, move to [Tools] menu on Internet Explorer's tool bar, then click [Internet Options]. Change to the [General] tab. You will find [Temporary Internet Files] section, and you click [Delete Files]. You don't need to delete Cookie files.

Can't load a character in Career Mode

Check out that your character is already dead or alive. If already dead, you can not play with that character. If not, send email to us if you already have submitted your email address to us in Career Mode. We will find out your character by your email address, and we try to fix your character's problem if possible.

Can't get an item in treasure box

You may get a lag when you take an item because TRIGLAV is online game. If the lag is so big, you move out a character from treasure box then try to take it again. Empty treasure box doesn't exist.

What kind of programs was used for TRIGLAV?

TRIGLAV has been coded with JavaScript and HTML. Also it used CGI for save / load data. Why not program with Flash, Java, XML, Shockwave? If this style will not have an advantage at all, and yet we like the coding at JavaScript.
